Prime Minister of Pakistan

Prime Minister of Pakistan is the Chief Executive who is authorized to head the government of Pakistan and leads the National Assembly. According to the constitution of Pakistan, the Prime Minister is head of a cabinet and also the leader of the ministers in the executive branch of government, usually in a parliamentary or semi-presidential system.

The prime minister can selects and may dismiss other members of the cabinet, and also allocates posts to members within the government. The prime minister in Pakistan is responsible of running the administration with the help of his appointed federal cabinet. Prime Minister can advise to President of Pakistan on critical matters and plays an important role for appointment of Military leadership of Pakistan.

Prime minister is responsible to run and supervise all the internal and foreign matters and manage all legislative proposals before presenting them to Parliament. Moreover Prime Minister also organises and attends sessions of the parliament to answer the queries of members of Parliament.

Mr. Imran Khan – the 22nd Prime Minister of Pakistan

Imran Khan Niazi is the 22nd and current Prime Minister of Pakistan. Before joining politics he was a renowned all-rounder international cricketer and the captain of Pakistan national cricket team. In his leadership Pakistan cricket team won world cup in 1992. After his cricket career, he worked as a famous philanthropist of Pakistan and set up Shaukat Khanam Memorial Cancer hospital, as “ First Cancer Hospital of Pakistan” in the city of Lahore and Peshawar where deserving cancer patients get free treatment.

Imran Khan had been the Parliamentary leader of an opposition political party “ Pakistan Tahreek-e-Insaf”. In 2018 elections his party won the largest number of seats and Imran Khan became the Prime Minister of Pakistan. He is extremely passionate to build Pakistan as a corruption free and humanitarian state based on principles of first Islamic state of Medina.  

Prime Minister Imran Khan is greatly focusing his attention to promote Pakistan as a tourist destination and resolve water and energy crisis in Pakistan. He has successfully overcome the problem of terrorism by maintaining the peace in country.

In leadership of Imran Khan, Pakistan will pace towards appreciable progress and will become a developed country in future.
